I would have to say some off the wall worm dad had...Purple w/white tail. dont know brand, but I fished that for probably 10 years straight. T rigged, weightless, and first c-rig bait...the days!!

What was the first bass bait you would tie on when you were younger because you LOVED it? Mine- HnH with willow blades Its not like that now but I could really go to town on an $0.88 bait back in the day!!!(except for the times I forgot to put the double hook on!!!) t-rig worm

I bet there's alot of folks that have never seen one of these. Tore them up at Ivie this spring with one. My go to bait back in the day had to be a Lazy Ike.

i still dont think i have TOTAL confidence in any bait. but i used to only throw a 7 inch blue fleck berkly power worm when i was a little one... you know.. back in the days when cypress had grass.
