Can sombody show me some pictures of how they make the Slip Bobber set up for fishing shallow water spawning crappie please. Im fixing to head to walmart and get everything i need just not sure what that is yet. Any pictures of your set ups would be great.....

Since it will be shallow water you can always just use a fixed bobber for shallow water fishing

You need a bobber stop, a slip bobber, split shot weight, and hook.
Put them on your line in the order listed above, add a minnow and go get them.

I would say go to Dicks or Bass pro and look for the better Balsa wood corks. Don't have a pic but first goes what is called a bobber stop which is thread on a tube. Pull thread off tube and tighten on the line. Be sure to remove the tube from line befor moving on. Next I like to put the bead on then the cork. Next hook and sinker. Sorry no pic but at Dicks all these items are on the same isle. They have illistrations on the back.

I have always used rubber bands for my depth stops. It is easy to adjust your depth with them. I do use the regular stops if I have to poke my setup in tight spots. Sometimes you have to pull the stop thru the rod tip.
