I'm new to trout fishing and am looking for some advise. TPWD says the trout stocking for the Guadelupe River starts Dec. 4. Would yall recomend going the day of stocking or the following day? Also, this weather isn't to cold is it?
Thanks.

It gets really silly below the dam, lots of bobber crossin power baitin.

It's more than the catfish would do.

Ah, combat fishing. Gotta use your wits and figure out ways to beat the crowd. Good luck, let us know how it goes.

Sounds like the bend on White Rock Creek once the crappies have moved up.

Rio raft I have fished it 3 times this year. First time out broke off a nice one on san juan worm. The other two times I primarly used spinning rod and did very well. Flies were slow throwing nymphs and san juans.
Smallest 12" many 15-18" a few 19-20"

Hueco springs caught some with my son on powerbait, did not break out the flyrod but a few were surfacing.
