Back in June at the Texoma on the Fly event, Nick Curcione was putting different line weights and shooting heads on the 8 wt Axiom. I was impressed with the range of the line sizes the 8 wt can handle. 2 and even 3 line weights up didn't faze the performance of the rod and were not really any different to cast than an 8 wt line. The Axiom had a much wider tolerance range than any other rod I've cast. And you probably could go after sharks with it.  Rex

I broke the tip off of my 5 wt TiCr up in Durango, 2 weeks ago. I havn't had the time to get over there yet, but need to asap!
They told me it would only take a few minutes - just like you said!
TFO is awesome - I love that rod, without the warranty I would have beat myself up for breaking it!

TFO rocks I broke my 6pc 6wt tip and they gave me a new tip right on the spot...I have 6 TFO rods and would not trade them for any other rods period.

I just got $125 for running a safe jobsite (no, not a safety meteting bonus, sorry).
Next on the list is the TFO Axiom.... I'll shell out the difference.
