 Lowrance 520c just installed - Have question and would like some input

Just installed the Lowrance 520c and was wondering if any of you can tell me what settings I should teak the unit to, to get the best, clearest picture on the screen.
Any advice would be appreciated.

I would also set it up like medic says that guy is awsome with lowrance graphs!!!! He has a wealth of knowlege!!!

A couple of extra things I like to do to make the screen bigger is get rid of the zoom bar and amplitude scope. They are useless to me and give me a bit more viewing area.

might also ckeck to make sure you have latest software installed, it made a diff. on mine ! oops guess i should have read medic's post first all ready been covered sorry !
