As long as you know where the big stump is your just fine, its out of the water a few inches. I've been up there in the past few days with no problem, its plenty deep enough.

what about the 3 stumps under the powerline right before the mouth of the river? and the 2-3 out in the path between the powerline and the mouth??? theres a LOT more than just the one you can see right not.... beware.

Thats why you stay a good ways to the left through the powerlines then right after the big stump cut right into the river and your good to go.

one of the large stumps IS a good ways to the left under the powerlines. make sure you take Rockwall Marines's number with you.

Rip-rap is good, the northeast side of the lake is good just dangerous to get to. If you dont know how to get up there I wouldnt advise it unless you wanna idle for an hour.

Dang, I have been extremely lucky. I have been staying to the right. Except last Saturday, I was putting along the same path I have always taken and I nailed a stump with the keel. Scared the bajibbies out of me.. I guess, I need to figure another path and waypoint the stumps..
