I really like the weightless fluke. It can be worked like a spook, or allowed to sink as the school goes down. I've had some very good luck using a tandem rig with two flukes--looks like several fish in a single school when you work it back in jerk-pause-jerk-pause-jerk fashion. When schooling, I often catch a small one, and then get a second much larger fish while bringing in the first fish. I like watermelon pepper with a spike-dipped tail. Works in the shallow weeds and in deep open water.

I had really good luck with using flukes as well lately. I need to try the two flukes set up. When fishing deep do you let is sink to the bottom or just feel out the dept where the bass are at?

It's a good bait, it's more of a BB type bait though. The Sammy is more of a 'clunker' type bait.

I interchange between the different types of rattles to see which the fish want, the bb type or the knocker type.

The Rapala skitterwalk is another Sammy/spook type bait with a knocker.
