lovetexaslakes,
Good point...how many times does a pitcher throw the ball at batter, then the batter charges him, the benches clear and the fight is on. They throw a guy out for the game and life goes on.
NHL, you know what happens there. Come out with a couple teeth left after a season of fighting.
Makes for some good entertainment!

Open your eyes & look within, are you satisfied with the life youre living.
No matter how good or bad you have it, wake up each day thankful for your life. Someone somewhere else is desperately fighting for theirs.

Oh well let it go suspend him for one tourney. If it's that bad give them boxing gloves and put them on celebrity death match. This is not golf its fishing and let the new guy have a chance. If it were backwoods rednecks the fight would already be on and they would be back fishing already!

How does a company justify sponsoring Kevin after this?
Good luck I hate to say it, but probably the same way Jerry Jones does when he sign's the NFL troublemakers to the Cowboy's. People will pay money to watch and see if someone is gonna act a fool.

Duckett filed his protest without testimony, allowing BASS to investigate without bias. Several other people, competitors and their marshals, and onlookers were interviewed with the consensus being that Langill was in the wrong. I believe that BASS should be commended for investigating before DQing Langill, and were right for suspending him after his Day three antics. After re-reading the Elite series rules given me at the Amistad event, Langill broke several rules regarding unsportsman-like behavior and attacks in the media. He is lucky he wasn't given a lifetime ban. As it stands, if he chooses later, he could requalify and get back on track with his career.

There are conflicting stories as to if his gave testimony or not. You can not believe everything that one person says.

Does anyone think that if it had been KVD fishing the same spot with Duckett. The end result would be different? I do Duckett would have been DQ'd just filing a complaint against him!

This is just an opinion, but Duckett comes from money. He may have earned it on his own or had a lucritive business handed to him, I don't know. But the fact is he is used to getting what he wants. He has a big business and can run it well, and that has given him a sense of entitlement. In the business world, if a competeter is beating you, you will do what you can to survive. It is my opinion this mentality has carried over to Duckett's fishing. He seen Langill as a threat and did what he could to beat his competeter.
