Here is my 2nd run at making one of these handcarved swimbaits. I used a new hinge system and it swims great. Its 8" long and weighs 3.2 oz.

Thanks, I went a little bold on the red, accidentily used opaque paint instead of transluscent.

Thanks, i used a sharpie for the dots before I epoxy the bait and the tail is made of Microfibbets, its a tiny nylon fiber tail used in fly tying.

They look really good. I really like the tail. That should hold up good from getting nailed by some huge sow. I bet there is a few guys out my way that would like to try these. Otay Michael might know a few guys that you would really like to test them for ya. If you don't mind I will throw up on SDFISH.COM and see what they think.
