Here is my 2nd run at making one of these handcarved swimbaits. I used a new hinge system and it swims great. Its 8" long and weighs 3.2 oz.

Thanks, I went a little bold on the red, accidentily used opaque paint instead of transluscent.

Beautiful! How did you make all those perfect black dots, and is that hair you used for the tail?

Thanks, i used a sharpie for the dots before I epoxy the bait and the tail is made of Microfibbets, its a tiny nylon fiber tail used in fly tying.

They look really good. I really like the tail. That should hold up good from getting nailed by some huge sow. I bet there is a few guys out my way that would like to try these.
