Dave, stopped by saturday but you werent there. guess you were out fishing.

after getting skunked on "longhorn", we renamed it "bevo aint got no balls"

I was thinking bout gathering up a bunch of xmas trees after the holidays and setting'em out somewhere. I mean like a hundred trees. It would take a trailer or 2 and several people with boats to do it. Like the granger gang .Anybody interested? Maybe refresh the existing places or making new ones,

Sounds like granger and stone are neck and neck on crappie being scattered . Amazing what a difference a week can make. Darrell

Had a decent weekend catching crappie. Saturday was the slowest day, fished for four hours and cleaned 19, released a 14.5 incher. Sunday fished with my wife, fished for three and half hours cleaned 28, again released a 15 incher. All fish were caught on jigs in deeper water, when I located fish they were willing to cooperate. bouncy

Doug,
The owner finally broke in and now wants to book 2 weeks. The director of sales wants 1 week also since the owner gave the ok. Give me a call in the morning so we can get it all lined up. They talked about pre-booking for the spawn too. Maybe up to a month.

Dam'n, I need to book a trip with Doug too! Found a few crappie in 4ft of water this am, one was a little over 14". I was catching shad for a Belton trip and started netting a few crappie along with the shad. Gotta try that shallow water next time out!

Stop the rumors, I do not have any sponsorships nor am I booking any trips. If it was true about the Triton sponsorship, the dealer would owe me a refund.

Doug, I like the "Diet Coke - Pro Staff and Swisher Sweet - Pro Staff" I have been trying to get Copenhagen and Bud Light to help me out a little but I'm having no luck! I'll just stick with Babeco for now............

Hey Bofly,

I bet Copenhagen and Bud Light would sponsor DougM. Babeco should sponsor him as well.
