Yesterday afternoon the birds were working south east of wolf island- two other boats working the area- tons of fish in 22ft of water- chrome or chartruese slabs- color didn't seem to matter- just bounce the slab on the bottom.

dk44- It was about 3:30 in the afternoon when we found the birds. My mistake on area, it was SW of wolf island, straight out from the mouth of sand branch, in 22ft. Two guys ,in a center console, were catching them 2 at a time (slab/jig combo)

Fish are in 22 to 28 at the mouth of major coves and on mainlake humps at the same depth. If the birds do not help just look on your electronics. They are not picky as they were in the colder water...you find them now and they are biting.
See you on the water,
Tim

Hey everybody, I am taking a couple of youngsters up to RayBob this evening to catch Sandies. Anyone with an update?
