Your right chicken willy. Size does not always matter. Especially in my world. Of fishing. Had to clear that up.
Hey Robin, can you tell me how you do that with the pics, so I don't have to wait on you to fix it for me all of the time?? Not that I mind, just don't want to be a moron!!
Thanks, Troutbum

Thanks, Troutbum instead of just copying the url to your pics, add [ img ] http://your_pics [ / img ] just don't put spaces in between the brackets like I did.

Of course I will. Although knowing how does not make one any less of a moron (spoken as a dyed-in-the-wool moron:) ) I do this in FireFox so I'll lay out the FireFox way first. 1. I click on your link to go to the image 2. Again this is in FireFox, I right-click on the image and choose copy image location. 3. Back to TFF click on the third icon from the left on the toolbar in the full reply screen, the little image icon. A box pops up, paste in the copied image URL and then click OK. Internet Explorer, the only difference is that when you right click on the image in your Photobucket page you choose properties and you have to manually copy the image URL off of the properties display in order to take it back to TFF and paste into the image box. If that makes your head spin then I've done my job LOL. But seriously I can put together a tutorial complete with screenshots if anyone is interested.

Thanks for all the tips everybody! I really appreciate it! Do any of yall fly fish for carp? I was thinkin about trying to make a fly that looks like a piece of bread or something? I don't tie flies (really should learn), but I saw a bread fly in an oldedr post. Here's where to get the instructions http://cityofallenfishing.blogspot.com/2008/02/instructions-on-tying-bread-fly.html Let me know how it works because I'm interested in carp as well.
FISH ON!!! ummmmm off

Trout Bum,
I noticed you use Photobucket.
Under each picture on Photobucket are four codes.
Left click on the last one that is IMG Code and it will automatically copy the proper code for that picture.
Then when you write your TFF note, simply use the paste function under your EDIT option and it will copy it properly to your note.
The scary part is it's that simple.
Good luck,
Doug

try tying a bunny strip streamer- the bass love them in black and olive and you can use a large bead for a head... kinda texas-rigged worm fly for the fly angler.

ChickenWilly, Here's another killer for bream, bass, and especially crappie. It's called a Crazy Charlie and is normally used in the Salt for bonefish and reds. But it's my goto fly. Attached are some of the bass and slabs I caught yesterday with it. Slabs were going shallow even though water temp was only 58 degrees. Doug
