If you park at the bike trail on 377 you would have to carry it about 100 yards.

Not a walk I would want to make. Why not launch at Marshall Creek?

We launched there on the 13th. Gate was locked on our way out though. I tried to call the number listed at the gate for info and got some apartment complex! There was another boat in the creek that had also launched from the park.

No on the ramp. They directed us to a picnic site that had easy launching for jon boats

Well, with the weather how it is. I'm thinking.. or hoping that either next weekend or the weekend after (if the temp get just a tad higher than expected) we'll get a good run.
Lats all pray for it.

Think those dry creeks beds will be running tomorrow?
I can bring a bag of frozen shad-lets for cut bait if anyone wants to brave catfishing tomorrow.

Never mind I guess... haha....
I have a hunch there will be a helluva lot more sandies up there this coming weekend, should rain some mid-week and be up in the low-mid seventies by the weekend without any rain. Anyone else going next weekend?
Because I am stoked...need to go get some more RR's after the brush slaughter from last weekend.

This is how it begins, praying for rain and then begging the water to clear up enough for them to see your bait. I know that new housing development they are building will not help the water clarity right now. The fish should be there soon in numbers.
