DB...what effect do you think this front that's coming early next week will have on the crappie next Friday & Saturday on Granger?

I was out there today and did not get a single crappie after 2 hours and gave it up. After that we went and caught whites. I saw lotsa fishin, but very little catchin for both. We saw alot of fish all over the creek channels, mounds, and brush, but could not get them to bite jigs or minnows. Even the whites were slow, spread out, and small. We fished hard too. It took us 8 hours to get 11, 12" plus whites.

Wham, bobber goes under and next thing ya know she is pulling out a 14 incher, biggest of the day.
She caught 3 or 4 more small ones.
I caught probably 25 myself with about 10 keepers, gave them away at the ramp.
If you go out tomorrow, try that little stump row that I have been talking about right as you go into the cove at taylor park, towards the dam ,or to the right if you are facing the ramp.
Should be good for a few fish!
GOOD LUCK!!!

Kooby, How deep is the stump row?

It is a small stump row, some just out of water and some under, mostly small stumps.

Went to the fishing pier at Fox Park yesterday, and was skunked, as were just about everyone. One man caught one keeper that I saw; the rest were very small. Was there from 8-10 a.m.

Just got back from pier at Fox. I only had 1 keeper out of 3 fish. Fished from 6:45 to 10:30. Only 8 keepers between 10 people. Two couples only fished about an hour each though.

bananaHere is the catch DBwoman and myself brought home today from Granger. Not bad for 1 1/2 hours fishing. Caught maybe 20 fish and managed these 7 nice keepers. DBwoman out fished me today. She got 5 keepers to my 2. flehan

Here are 2 of the bigger fish.

Had to show this one also. I think the minnow DBwoman was using caught this fish not the fish catching the minnow.

Good catch DB,
Myself and partner caught about 20 or so today and 15 were keepers.
Most fish caught around Talor Park brushpiles.
Gave our fish away again, no cleaning fish today.
