I used to eat them with my Grandpa and Dad. Now days, I really don't. But I will eat them if they are present / offered. Best with saltine crackers or pumpernickel bread.

I also enjoy sour cream herring from Vita. If I find it, I buy it. It's getting harder to find as folks these days just aren't into the taste of it.

Love me some sardines. Add a bit of smoked chipotle tabasco for the win. Smoked tinned oysters are great also. cheers

Keep looking forward. That’s why windshields are larger than rear view mirrors.

Next trip to the store. I'm gonna get canned mackerel. The red can. I haven't had it in awhile. Ramen noodles. Louisiana hot sauce.

I eat them almost every single day for lunch. As nutritious as it gets. Have mine with wheat crackers and sharp cheddar. I only eat the in the Louisiana hot sauce. Wife hates it and makes me take them to the dumpster instead of leaving them in the trash.

I buy them buy the box off of Amazon! King Oscar brand! They have several flavors, but my favorite is the Mediterranean style!

A small bowl. Chop up the sardines, add chopped onion, add lemon juice. Enjoy.

Just finished a can of smoked ones. I'm just inside my window for my intermittent fasting diet and my roast won't be ready for a couple of hours and it smells so good I got hungry. They hit the spot !
