The best Mexican food is found in New Mexico, a nice enchilada plate with beans and rice. Hatch chili. Maybe with some Sopaipillas for the table.

If you would have had Brinker stock you would have done good. Brinker sold OTB to Golden Gate Capital in 2010 who then sold it to another company in 2014. A year or two before 2010 Brinker sold off Corner Bakery which is another story and Romanos Macoroni Grill. At this time the only restaurants Brinkers owns is Chili’s and Maggiano’s Little Italy.

I have been on all of those restaurants roofs from Stephenville to Texarkana and Marshall to the east Durant to the north and Nacogdoches to the South. We have gone to LA, OK City, and other locations for Brinker and to Lubbock for OTB.

We knew OTB was going under in January when they went silent on us and we saw them get locked out of some locations. We had an idea something was up as early as October.

They got us for $89K and I know of another. Ended that they took for $33k!

Never liked it.

On the Border is where I had my first fajitas. That was long ago when the food was good.

Oh I gotta hear this..... what exactly are you asking? I can give you a long long list of behind the scenes costs that pile up. When you pay $3 bucks for iced tea you actually think the place makes 3 bucks don't you......
