We went to Geno's East by the Ballpark years ago. We had no clue that after the customary 30 minute or so wait pn a table on a weekend night in DFW that we had another 1-1/2hr wait before our pizza was ready after we ordered.
I remembered thinking it was probably not the best concept if you wanted to turn tables in a timely manner and hit volume sales.
The pizza was meh, really had no reason to go back.
