Oh, and I worked with a guy from Chicago and we traveled there to meet with customers. We went out to his favorite spots from when he lived there. I asked about Chicago style pizza. He said nobody from there eats it, which is a stretch, but it’s definitely not the preferred style by locals. We went to Geno's East by the Ballpark years ago. We had no clue that after the customary 30 minute or so wait pn a table on a weekend night in DFW that we had another 1-1/2hr wait before our pizza was ready after we ordered. I remembered thinking it was probably not the best concept if you wanted to turn tables in a timely manner and hit volume sales. The pizza was meh, really had no reason to go back.

I mean, at 13:02 in your video, it’s hinted at. And if you want a pizza reviewer’s take on Chicago-style pizza, or the best pizza in Chicago, look at Dave Portnoy’s One Bite reviews.

It has to be bbq. No one cares if some one hot dog sauce or spaghetti sauce chili. Chicago pizza looks nasty!

Cheesesteak. Cheese wiz is the worst food ever invented. But it’s pretty good on a cheesesteak.
Retirement best job ever.

these fellers would argue about scrabbled eggs.
It aint true American scrambled eggs if you add milk......Only yankee comi bastages add milk...... straight up free range bald eagle eggs, fertilized and kick'n, salt and pepper like Mary fixed for the baby Jesus. cooked in cast iron skillet washed only in conservative republican patriotic tears of Ronald Reagan collected when he got shot with a 50 cal 22 pistol, fighting Gorbachev on top of the Berlin wall as he tore it down bare handed.
Just want to make folks smile, and spit coffee on their keyboard.

Try being married to the world's worse picky eater. According to her, I can't even make decent microwave popcorn.
Waiting on Bob Davis' next selfie
