I not gonna say SRA is gonna have a hard time not grandfathering in properties they have approved but I think they will. It's hard to tell with Boards like this.

Of course this is in cooperation with the State or Louisiana to enforce the same on the east side of the Sabine River Basin.... roflmao

It is generally based on elevation. They weren’t exact on the elevation lines when drawing boundaries on the maps so it can vary some from property to property. I like the looks of park models better than RVs around the lake, but I guess they have their reasons. Although it has been clear in the rules for many years that you are not supposed to live full time on lands leased from SRA… I do feel bad for all the people that those affected. It’s definitely the talk of the town at Fork right now. There won’t be changes to those on deeded land, but many of the RV parks down here only exist because SRA granted permission for commercial use for that purpose on land they own on a case by case basis. My heart goes out to those it effects who thought it was okay because everyone else was doing it…
