I not gonna say SRA is gonna have a hard time not grandfathering in properties they have approved but I think they will. It's hard to tell with Boards like this.

I've wondered how these folks got around the no permanent structures on leaseback land rules. Only thing I can think of is the SRA approved it.

Of course this is in cooperation with the State or Louisiana to enforce the same on the east side of the Sabine River Basin....
