I sleep like a rock except when I have to get up to P. I also fall asleep within 90 seconds of shutting my eyes.

About 3:00am my minds goes through a trauma show. Work, kids, mistakes. I got back to sleep about the time the clock goes off. Yep same Plus here lately I’ve added chest pain back in my daily routine. Going to the cardiologist in the morning… I hope that goes well-

Not much.
Alligator in the canal that might want to snack on a dog.
I get a little tweaky after a hard drive of 12+ hours.
Do I start on trout or redfish tomorrow.
Nothing else is worth worrying over.

I guess since my heart issues I do have a little anxiety for 5 to 10 minutes a day. Nothing keeps me up at night. It has in the past but not for a decade at least. Also I take Ambien

Watched a Willie Nelson video today where he said worries are not going to solve anything, only make you sick. You have to fine the positive things

This seems to be common. Most things I worry about, never happen anyway.
Stuff at work. Worry but have it covered. Family. Worry but they have it covered. Night sweats at 3:00 am for no reason. I don’t think this will change when I retire. Worrying is part of preparation I guess. I’m worried right now, and I’m going to Acadia to relax
