Very few go through life with no worries. Do you have worries that keep you up at night.

Headaches mostly. Thankfully the Fioricet helps with that...until about 3 a.m. I used to worry all the time, but have learned to give it over to God...except when I'm worried about oversleeping. I did have some issues sleeping last night. One of the student workers injured themselves about 9:00 p.m. and called me. I was having to help them navigate using the universities health insurance for students and getting them to the hospital (they didn't want to go by ambulance and just needed to know which one in the area to use). And apparently they've decided I'm the emergency contact for them since their family is in San Antonio. It would have been nice if they'd told me before last night, but whatever. They ended up just tearing a few ligaments in their shoulder, so definitely not good, but not terrible.

Not much. Alligator in the canal that might want to snack on a dog. I get a little tweaky after a hard drive of 12+ hours. Do I start on trout or redfish tomorrow.
Nothing else is worth worrying over.

Everything, my mind does not shut off. I've learned years ago to just shut it off when its time for bed. I usually fall asleep within minutes when I lay down.

For me it's what happens to my son when we no longer can care for him or we pass away. It haunts both of us and we both deal with stress and anxiety.
