I bought a Kohler toilet from Lowe’s last Saturday. It was a fancy chair height, clean side new set up with a skirt tank. Cool design, you set the flange to the floor before you set the main part of the toilet on the floor. The dang thing leaked the moment I set it. I took it up and reset it 8 times since Sunday and it still leaked. I finally figured out the dang toilet had a flaw and the bowl was leaking. I finally gave up and took it back to the store. When I put it on the cart, there was still water trapped in the trap. I figured I’d be nice and dump out the water on the cart but it was still dripping off the cart when I dragged it in the store. Suddenly, people became concerned and came running to help me. Big puddle of water under my cart while I tried to explain the issue, It became a much more urgent issue once my pee water was in the returns aisle. Damn straight, feel my pain now.

The new toilet is now set and does not leak. If you want expedited service at Lowe’s, drag in a cart with pee water leaking of the sides of the cart. My new install is all good now.
