They have access to their gun.

If possible, non-lethal force is always the best option. Cuts down on a lot of paperwork.

How does killing a police dog get you a capital offense, but they can come to your place and murder your dog in front of your kids?

Was it a Cop or ATF? ATF loves killing dogs and their calendar last year or this year was dogs and the irony was lost on most.

Don’t know what happened before that vid started, but would have loved to see someone shoot him in his a$$ after he shot the dog….

Use your head and not deadly force- it’s just a dog…and you did it in front of the family…another [censored] move by a police officer to give the rest of them a bad name

The bar has really been lowered in the last few years as to who is earning badges and guns.

Could have just gave that old dog a quick boot to the nose . Didn’t have to shoot him in front of the kids.
