I need to buy one of those shop Swamp Coolers for the garage. Works off the water hose. ~$500.
The ceiling fan I put up helps move the hot air around.
I need one of those swamp coolers.

These chicken thighs were brined. Kosher salt, raw sugar, molasses, a a light pour of soy.
Straight chunk charcoal. No added wood for extra. The sugar in the brine will darken them.
Metal meat loaf pan full of barbeque canned beans. Added some sliced onion. Pour of water. We'll see how it turns out.
The chicken needs to reach at least 165° by the bone. Don't neglect this while you're blazed. An electronic meat thermometer keeps me in check.
When it hits 40 minutes. Stick a thermometer in it. (By the bone)
