Pick up 9v batteries on the way home from work. One of the smoke alarms in the house started chirping this morning. Did you just use my thread as a sticky note ?

Well. Hmmmm
My mom had a heart attack yesterday and my step dad is in a memory care home. My wife went to stay with my mom last night.
I’m not sure what my “to do” list is gonna turn out to be.
So far
Wake up
Watch the news for a few
Go to work
Get the boat at lunch
Go back to work
Go fishing from 6-9
……normally for a Thursday.
Eat. Sleep. Fish.

Not a thing except nurse a broken toe.
I already serviced the air filter on my car. Turned it up for 93 octane.
Everything outside is watered.
Dogs and cats are happy.
