So when will the official lake record be announced, there will have to be official scales somewhere close to the lake.
1. There are no marinas on the lake.
2. You have to have official scales--see above.
3. You can't take any fish from the lake over 16" unless it's a SAL-during SAL season.
So unless TPWD gets a call to come down to a ramp to officially weigh a fish looks like the record may be the 1st SAL entered next year.
** guess someone can unofficially claim the lake record with pic of fish on their scales.
So guess the 1st one to fill out the paperwork for official lake record under 16" will be the 1st lake record.

The lake actually has a 16" maximum length limit for bass .

don't even take a sal, if it is 16" or over you have to toss it back, sal you would call for the truck to come get it.

Already got all the "guide experts" showing up. "Yea, been fishing this lake for years......." If you're taking people on a lake no one has ever fished, you're not a guide, you're a chauffeur.
