I've always wondered why they haven't built another lake somewhere between Texoma ad Texarkana on the Red River, I figure it probably has something to do with elevation, soil composition, or who owns property up and down that stretch or maybe all three. I know north of me some of the land is tribal along the river.

Request that anyone with A I program please post what the best way to go about getting Lake Columbia project off the ground.. I really don’t personally want to get the chinamen involved, but will if I have to.

Those who think water can be simply allocated around the state should consider that the new pipeline tying Palestine, Cedar Creek, and Richland Chambers together for transshipment to points in Tarrant County for use cost $3.2 billion. Further, a north Dallas utility tried to force through Federal courts the ordered sale of water from Oklahoma, they failed miserably. When The very same utility that built IDB bought 25,000,000 gallons a day from Texoma by way of Sister Creek + pipeline down to Lavon they had to build a treatment plant to treat the water before it flowed into the lake due to ZEBRA mussels. In other words it is huge nightmare for those who plan for the future. Those who have the longevity will see the DFW area increase in population fivefold or more. The only thing I am sure of is that there will be no more landscape watering and waterfront property will have a different meaning,

I just called a GS9 clerk at the EPA, they were ecstatic that they were able to delay your project 10 years due the effect the lake would have on global warming in 2130. AI was busy doing a mash up between Dr DRE and the BeeGees.
