Bee Hive in Albany is the best steak I've ever had, Joe Allens in Abilene ain't bad either...

KellyT where is the M&M Steakhouse in Ft worth? On NW 28TH Street a few blocks west of Main St. It's a small bldg. on the north side of the street.

Old San Fransico Steak House in Houston is very tasty, but if you are ever in Houston, you have got to try Taste of Texas, it's very pricey but very very good, and afterall how can you forget SALTGRASS!!!! love the balsamic salad dressing and the mushrooms WOOO HOOO

Good eating, but more than just a "hole in the wall". True, unforgetable, off-the-beaten-path greasy goodness that only a Trucker can fully appreciate smelling the following morning...steaks.
