He rode out with us several times on the fire engine.

I worked part time for Hank Haney in the 90's and I met several pro golfers Payne Stewart, Mark O'Meara and a few more. Saw Tiger there a few times and got to watch him hit balls from 40 feet or so away, but he was really private and he was working so we did not bother him.

Transportred Sandy Duncan in an ambulance to Baylor Hosp.

Ate dinner a table over from Joe Burrow at Phil's in Baton Rouge.

Played golf with Charlie Pride in a scramble.

Met a lot of the Mavs in the 90's when I worked downtown near Reunion.

We bought some townhomes from Benny Barnes when I was in like 2nd grade.

Meeting Mick is pretty awesome. Now, if you got to meet Keith and have him make runs with y’all, that would’ve been epically epic!

Person OD’d laying there in the gutter and Keith jumps out and says

“ stand back, mates! I’ve got this one!”

when I lived in comfort (the town) a neighbor and I used to go to luchenbach once or twice a month, he played stand up bass or electric bass.

sit and just listen to all the locals jam, always a good time.

one sat. 2 tour busses pull in and willie/waylon and the road crew bailed out, they had a couple of beers then played for an hr. or more, got on the busses and went to willies. there was a familiar fragrance in the air while they were there too. very cool day for me.

met rosie odonnel on the lift at breckenridge, first winter I needed a job and got on as a mt. photographer (free season pass), she was as big a *^#T as she seems.

extremely rude to a lady with her and those of us on the mt. one fat little entitled beach.

met a few celebrities that winter as I got to shoot the races from on the course, surprised me how many came to those.

built a log home on keystone golf course for john elways business mgr. while he was still qb for the broncos, had done some work at one of his relatives homes in

silverthorne and got a recommendation. he and elway came out a couple of times, both really nice and laid back types.

8,500 sf. I think it was between the 9th and 10th holes, one big honkin lincoln log kit when we got it. nuts

I met Al McGuire in O'Hare airport. I was traveling with my 4 year old son and 2 year old daughter. Had a long layover so I was letting them wear themselves out when a very tall man rounded the corner, got down on one knee and started talking to my daughter. As i got closer I recognized him and he picked her up saying, she must be yours... He spent a half hour with us as the kids climbed all over him... Very nice man...

Forgot I met Neil Armstrong, very unassuming and humble... And John Glenn... after meeting him the first time I wouldn't cross the street to shake his hand... Jerk... Dan

I met Wally Marshall at the Isle DuBois boat ramp at Ray Bob. Showed him a giant flathead (30+) I caught slabbin for sand bass. He was telling me how he liked to clean them. I saw him a few months later at Hutchins in McKinney and he bought me and my wife's lunch. Good guy.

I attended an open house and dinner at Jay Leno’s garage. We were there for a few hours, went and watched him tape his show in the afternoon, and then got a tour of the garage with Leno. He is very knowledgeable about his cars. At the time he had 200 cars and 400 motorcycles in two buildings.

As a kid I met Bob Feller at baseball camp one summer in Dallas

Worked for the 1986 Texas Rangers grounds crew and met most all the Rangers from that Team.
Pete O’Brien, Toby Harrah and Inky were my favorites that year.

Worked the batting practice cage before several Rangers games, met Canseco, Cal Ripken, George Brett, Julio Franco
and many others as they waited their turn up to hit. They hit bombs in that old Arlington Stadium.

Sat in the visitors’ dugout during a couple double header games and met Sparky Anderson, Tommy John and Dave Winfield.
Larry King showed up one evening right behind me the batting cage, seemed odd for him to be there

I met Lee Ann Rhimes backstage at Billy Bobs, 97 ? the very next week she was on TV and won a Grammy.

I met Al Gore after he gave a speech at the workplace. Claimed he invented the internet.

Literally ran into Bill Bradley (NY Knicks and former Senator) as he was coming out the door on a Manhattan street.

Last but not least I met KVD at the 2021 Classic show in Fort Worth, just couple months earlier I was fishing Rayburn and MLF was there,
he came up behind us where we had just fished in a large cove and we only caught one fish, he proceeds to power fish his spinner bait
and catch three keepers in about 15 minutes then took off for another spot.

Slide right, coming in .... Fish On!

Met Motley Crue backstage in 88 after my best friends girlfriend flashed her (.) (.). The scene was accurately portrayed in the movie The Dirt.
Manute Bol, tallest basket ball player to ever play in the NBA, at the airport in Denver.
When I waited tables had several Rockets (Clyde Drexler, Charles Barkley, Calvin Murphy) and Oilers (Ray Childress, Warren Moon) players when I worked at a restaurant in downtown Houston.
A couple of famous lawyers when I worked at a law firm in Houston, Race horse Haynes, John O' Quinn.
JJ Watt on vacation in Maui. My son was wearing his jersey and Watt signed it.
