I've always thought they were beautiful; I almost bought a Mannlicher-stocked Sako once. But day in and day out, Mannlicher-stocked rifles need more work to get less accuracy out of them than classic-stocked rifles; they just mess up the barrel harmonics. Along with that Sako, I always lusted after a Ruger #3 chambered in .22LR.

Weatherby Vanguard for me in .308. Nikon optics. Very accurate and consistent right out of the box.

Yeah , they do have the more common chambers in various models. I know I like the performance of my 257. It's a tack driver

the mark v was a popular rifle with the deer and elk hunters in colorado, my favorite round for hunting is the .06.
