Aluminum pans are just oddly shaped door stops for those of us with induction cook tops.

Cast iron. Season at 500 deg one hour with light canola oil coating.

Scan Pan is what I bought my wife recently and it’s really nice. I did some studying on all of them prior to buying and the biggest killer of non stick cooking pans is using too high of heat and cooking sprays. Also use wooden or plastic cooking utensils so the coating doesn’t get scratched.

I like cast iron, but our kitchen sink is white porcelain, and we have and electric cooktop. It's just not a good daily solution for us.

I use mine on electric glass top, and you need a black sink. Did this stir fry last night, whatever I can find in the fridge..

We use the Made In cookware as well, I have been pretty impressed with them.

We’ve enjoyed our All Clad stainless steel pans for a decade now.

I hate those stainless steel pans, if you burn them, pain in the [censored] to clean, I get mad at them and throw them in the garbage. I use cast iron on just about everything except sauces and eggs.

We got a set similar to this several years ago

https://www.calphalon.com/cookware/...ck-9-piece-cookware-set/SAP_2172250.html

They are amazing! Work very well with our electric cook top. Would love gas but I'm on propane and there's no way to plumb it at this time.
