Aluminum pans are just oddly shaped door stops for those of us with induction cook tops.

Calphlon Hard anodized non Stick. Keep an eye out for Bed Bath and Beyond to clearance them due to store closures.
We have had ours for 15 years. Will buy another just because We have these and they've held up really well.
Stress less, relax more. Go fishing.

Scan Pan is what I bought my wife recently and it’s really nice. I did some studying on all of them prior to buying and the biggest killer of non stick cooking pans is using too high of heat and cooking sprays. Also use wooden or plastic cooking utensils so the coating doesn’t get scratched.

I like cast iron, but our kitchen sink is white porcelain, and we have and electric cooktop. It's just not a good daily solution for us. I use mine on electric glass top, and you need a black sink. Did this stir fry last night, whatever I can find in the fridge.. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/04/full-14483-181224-img_1207.jpeg) ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2023/04/full-14483-181225-img_1216.jpeg)

We’ve enjoyed our All Clad stainless steel pans for a decade now.

I'm not installing a propane tank and running lines so I can cook over gas. Our house is 100% electric. Same here. zero gas in my neighborhood. I still use cast Iron and stainless steel pans. I have the wok from that green company and its excellent.

I hate those stainless steel pans, if you burn them, pain in the [censored] to clean, I get mad at them and throw them in the garbage. I use cast iron on just about everything except sauces and eggs.
