So if some unknown person accused you of a crime that effectively ended your job would you not have questions? People’s lives have ruined over these hesaid/she said accusations.
Wait. Did I just fall for an Allison troll.
He isn't questioning what happened. Without us knowing what happened he filed a big lawsuit. Just after the event he spoke out on a talk radio segment. He said he was drunk, didn't remember what was said and didn't remember meeting her. I don't think anyone knows yet exactly what she said he said. Its a little telling to me that his lawyers are revealing that nor anything else substantive about the case. That interview where he cried, they took no questions. If it effectively ends his TV career that may explain the lawsuit. So far as I know he was dropped from that week. NFL Network has not fired him or I don't know about it. Hail Mary.

He obviously did nothing physical, witnesses/video shows… So what did he say to her is the question. Irvin says he does not remember, oh please. Second question for the TFF, could he have said anything that would have warranted how he was treated? I’m just guessing here, but I’m probably right, she approached him (fact this is) and probably said something like “I’m a fan, admire” bla bla and said he something like “come up to my room for a little fun..”…. He had to of said something to offend her.

If we have learned nothing, we have learned to wait for the case to progress and for the facts to come out. I have an opinion, but I really don’t know what happened. I just look at accusations against a high profile person with more than a little skepticism. ^^^^^ This. I should not have offered my opinion.

Something about the Marriott response strikes me as odd. It says the girl reported the incident the next day. I was under the impression that he was asked to go to another hotel the same day as the incident. I am wondering if they have something mixed up, maybe even seeing a different girl than the one who made the allegations.

I have my doubts about the Marriott's side of the story. They seem to be in damage control mode.

Irvin don't beat around the bush when he meets a female he is interested in, if the Marriot Side is true
"The filing adds that Irvin reached out and touched the victim's arm without her consent during this exchange, causing her to step back, "becoming visibly uncomfortable."
Irvin then reportedly asked her whether she knew anything about "having a big Black man inside of [her]," the motion states. The victim reportedly said the comments were inappropriate and that she didn't want to discuss it further. Irvin then reportedly tried to grab her hand again and said he was "sorry if he brought up bad memories" for her."

So Irvin is saying he was drunk and doesn't remember anything
The female has a detailed account
It don't look good for Irvin, this may be the end of his TV career
But I am sure the dude is loaded and will survive........

He has a bit of a history that’s not so good, I wouldn’t be shocked if he did exactly what he’s accused of, but who knows

Mikes attorneys says he drank water. Hotels attorneys says he was drunk. This is going to be a mess.

Between this story and 30 years of marriage, it almost makes me want to stop hitting on strange women.
