Fork is a different animal when it comes to tournaments. Ive seen and done it myself, beating overs with a good under sack. Happens a lot out there. that is why I just do big bass on fork, mentally for me it levels the playing field.

I am waiting on the Augmented Reality Goggles. It's coming. Put the troller in the water turn on the transducer and put the googles on your noggin.

Livescope will not be my main pattern for Bass Champs, but I do think it will play a big role. If I end up with an over it will most likely be caught using the scope.

I caught a 8.5 last spring in 2 ft of water using perspective mode. Saw the fishes tail sticking out behind a stump.Pitched there and caught it. You can catch fish in shallow water!

I do believe that you will see these larger tournaments start to fizz out with the use of this live scope and related technology. It just isnt cost affective for the weekend anglers to go out and buy the stuff and will see that they cant compete without it so they will not enter them. Entries will start dropping, forcing the payouts to drop and then the bigger tournaments will go by the wayside unless they see it coming quick enough and start a trail that does not allow the technology on the boat to enter the tournament. Then the tournament owners or directors or whatever you call them will see the non users tournament size will be larger than the users tournament size and their profits decline to the point they no longer can afford to put both on.

Tournaments are fun with a chance to get lucky, like going to a bar on Friday. Sometimes you end up at Jack in the Box at 2am and sometimes you score a rando. No way in hades any type of sonar technology will be banned from tournament fishing unless it's a small skid mark club full of olds and cheap bastads that won't buy new tech.

Fishing tournaments was one of last things I would watch on TV. Last two I have attempted to watch it was just guys standing in front of boat constantly watching the “computer” screens. Never looking up. Watch screen. Throw. Watch screen. BORING.
To me, it ruins the point. Done watching. If that’s your thing, cool.
Jeremiah 7:28 KJV
But thou shalt say unto them, This is a nation that obeyeth not the voice of the Lord their God, nor receiveth correction: truth is perished, and is cut off from their mouth.
Galatians 4 : 16
Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?
