If you have an annual parks pass you can call the state park and they will get you set up with a gate code so tvat you can launch as early as you want. You have to call them though and they will tell you the process. I have done it a bunch. Super easy.

Anybody know how far north you can launch at Lake O'the Pines? Was thinking about going and fishing the upper end this weekend, I figure the 155 boat ramp is not useble at this time.

Why wouldn't it be? The lake is technically only about 8-10 inches off of the winter pool and that ramp runs out to ~8ft.

According to the COE site, it's fully open and has been since May of last year:
LAKE O' THE PINES CEDAR SPRINGS FULLY OPEN NONE PARK 5/19/2021 4:35:22 PM

Even the Lone Star ramp up the river is showing open...

Now getting down the river to the main lake is questionable, but you should be good to fish up lake. I know people that fished up there a month ago, and the lake has actually come up a bit since then, but basically remained stable:

Just never saw any water level data and figured it was low as all the others percentage wise. Thanks for the info!
