Have not been to tawakoni in 30 plus years. With the low water are there any ramps that i should avoid? Which ramp should I use? Thank you.

2 mile west ramp, but use caution. Concrete structures near the bridge, stay close to the courtesy dock. Once your ready to head out, avoid idling anywhere near the bridge near the ramp. Once you’re in 15-20 FOW, you’re good to go.

Sky point was just fine with no problems 2 weeks ago. Always blocked from wind too in that little hole

Nope. Parking lot and ramp has been done for over a year now but SRA hasn’t opened it yet

They are building a large gazebo like structure now. Destroyed the good fishing in there once they moved all the shade out (boat house/marina docks)

I just hope they cleaned up stuff at the mouth of the cove. At low water, it was like a minefield in there with concrete and steel pipes

The stuff is still there at the mouth. It’s pretty simple… don’t drive through the middle of the pipes .

Crackhead village is across the street. Only ramp where my Excursion was broken into. Ramp is very sketchy right now anyways (might fall off the end)

What about the public ramp there in Waco Bay just east of the duck cove ramp? Does it have same break in problems?
