4 pieces of bacon, 2 cups of coffee and I'm on my 2nd diet coke. Also blood pressure med, cholesterol med, 2 baby aspirin and 3 advil......

It looks good, but that is more of a lunch sandwich with the addition of lettuce and tomato. Although, it is almost lunch time. On very rare occasions we will have breakfast fare for dinner though, grits, toast, eggs and bacon or sausage.

Eating breakfast food during the day can throw off your circadian rhythms. Then you won't know if it is night or day.

that ought to keep your cholesterol level from getting too low.....my wife makes me eat fruit and granola bar or muffin for breakfast and late morning,my chlolesterol level gets so low I get light headed and have to go get a BBQ sandwich for lunch to get it back up there...

I lost 50 pounds recently pretty easily. No real exercise more than gardening. I Started at 256, down to 206, I could still use to lose a few more. This is not glamorous or even remotely delicious. I have been eating the exact same breakfast for the past 5-6 months when I'm at work Mon-Fri. On weekends I eat bacon hash browns and eggs, or cereal but less volume than I used to. Every morning my wife puts 2 packets of apple cinnamon Quaker oats and one 2 ounce scoop of Bob's Red Mill Flax Seed Meal into a 24 ounce cup. The water has to be absolutely boiling and stirred at time of pouring or the oat meal won't cook thoroughly and everything will congeal into separate layers with water on top. When I get to work I shake it up back into a slurry and drink a semi solid paste, I take a few swigs every 30 min to an hour. It usually takes me right up to 11 am to finish and I feel full. My LDL cholesterol dropped 68 pts. With the weight loss I have more energy and my back pain has decreased quite a bit. Again, this is just filling, the apple cinnamon helps with it having a little flavor. I tried replacing the flax meal with chia seeds and the weight loss stopped. I went back to the flax and it continued. I have kind of hit a plateau lately but I am definitely not gaining the weight back. I am not selling anything or pushing and fad diets. I just found something that helped me, maybe it will help someone else. Oh and by the way you will be regular!!! Good Luck!! Chris
