Wild Birds Unlimited has them.

Tractor Supply also. As long as you have some space with no trees close and water nearby. Otherwise they will move on to my crib. They don't land to drink .... little fighter jets.... they dive at the water and get a drink.... a true joy to host. A boat dock on a lake is ideal.

Appreciate that!

Mine too. I’ve got at least 10. Maybe even a dozen.

I’ve heard 50% occupancy is about normal for whatever housing you have. I have a 12 unit house

Coming home for the night right now.

We have 3, 12 room houses and as stated above they are about 50% rented.

Usually you need a clear open space without many trees, maybe 1/2 acre.

Add pine straw to the gourds or houses.

You could add a Martin decoy to your Martin house.

Houses need to be 10’ above the ground,15’ is better.

Play a YouTube recording of Martins singing to attract Martins within a mile of your location, phone will work.

A nearby water source creek or pond is a big plus in location.

Don’t be discouraged until the end of April, there are still a lot of Martins migrating north through Texas everyday.

Last year we had 78 pair of Martins and they fledged 349 babies, it all starts with one pair the first year.
