I have been having issues with the pages button. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes not. I finally decided to return it. I was concerned that they would get it and not be able to duplicate the problem. I called them and explained the problem. I could not understand half of what the customer service person was saying and there was a dog barking on the background. 2 days later I got an email from a dude that said he would add a note to replace even if they could not duplicate the problem. First problem solved. He sent me a RMA and shipping label. Problem was they were not paying for shipping. I called and stated that they should be covering return shipping for a product under warranty. After 15 minutes on the phone I received a prepaid FedEx label. Sometimes it pays to complain.

Don't forget to keep your sun cover, gimbal and knobs. You only send the head and don't forget to remove any msd card in the card reader.
