The new kitchen is ok… nothing really special, but it’s not expensive at all

I think they are both pretty good. El Manna might have a slight edge on most food items but Dos Charros serves cold beer and margaritas and I haven’t had a bad plate there either.

I agree, both are good but my first choice of the two is Dos Charros.

Gorditas in Emory has some great breakfast tacos and breakfast burritos. They have some really good Mexican food too. Fast, friendly and good prices. Have never had a bad meal there.

Feel like this place is a hidden gem. Never many cars there when I go but the food is excellent. Their salsa verde might be too hot for some, but I love it.

Every time I go by Dos Charros it is packed.

It was our go to for the wife and I when we lived out there. We still hit it when we are out there. Been eating there 4-5 years now. No matter how long between trips there the lady that runs it will always know my order before I say it. They are great folks. Their salsa in the bottles on the table are awesomne too.

I will speak up for Marshalls BBQ in Emory. They are a pretty solid choice. The sandwiches are good and huge, the ribs above average. This sides are only ok. ..
Funny Frogs in Emory has a mexican burger.. it comes with like three kinds of meats on it etc.. good
Chateau Bistro is in best western in Emory. You need to call ahead. steaks pretty good chef prepared soups. expensive,
Jalapeno tree in Mineola is pretty good. I do like their tortilla soup..
Neon Moon in Yantis serves a good hamburger and their mexican plate is a good buy. They have steaks as well
Side Kicks in Emory off 19 is a good plate lunch place they also have a 1/2 ham steak breakfast that is above average.
