Tried a new (for us) recipe and really liked it. Pat cod filets dry, season with salt and pepper, dredge both sides in flour, place in baking dish, cover top of filets with thin layer of mayo, sprinkle with lemon pepper, bake at 350 for 20 minutes then finish under broiler for a couple minutes to brown the mayo "crust". Easy and very tasty.

Sounds good!

Biden famously said in the New York Observer, “I mean, you got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.”

Cod goes good in an air fryer too with just a little olive oil and Tony's.

Exactly the same recipe that Luby's Cafeteria uses. Best baked fish ever.

That peaks my interest. I like Luby's food! I have to get a good tarter sauce recipe going and it sounds like I'll be in business.
