Need a pair of safety work boots/shoes when I go visit customers on locations at their warehouses/distribution centers. The company reimbursed $150 so what is your recommendation in that price range? I have academy and boot barn close by.

Twisted X. Only boots that don't hurt my feet. I am 6' 1" 300 lbs so comfort is needed.

Reality. What a concept!

Get whatever you can get for $150. Not like you're gonna be in them all day every day on your feet.

5.11 boots. Love mine. Side zipper makes easy to put on/take off. Comfortable for all day.

LET’S GO BRANDON!!!

I've got Timberlands and they're great. Wear these every day and they're goin on year 4. Had to replace the insoles from wear n tear but there rest of the boots have helped up nicely. At this rate there's no telling how long they'll last. Other brands have only lasted me 2-3 years before they wore out to the point of needing to be replaced.

Twisted X and Ariat are hands down the biggest sellers. Redwings are great too, but a bit more exensive.

Red Wings.

Probably won't be under $150 though. But I've reached the age where comfort is worth a few extra sheckles.

Also I'd recommend composite toes rather than steel toes. Slightly more flexible and forgiving.

not all shops allow those. ours doesn't and we also require metatarsal protection. they look like Frankenstein boots.
