I don't have a pic, but I have the rocking chair that my Great Grampa built for my Grandparents when they were married in 1936. All hand carved and still in use today. Never saw it leave my Grandparents living room until her final few days when she told me to go get it as she wanted me to have it.

I've got my grandfather's tackle box, and a shadow box of some of his old lures. Plus a couple of old fiberglass casting rods, and his old plaster mount of a 25# striper he caught.

not my most prized, but these were my grandads fishing poles. He loved trolling for big stripers.

One of my most prized is this pic of my Dad. He was a Sergeant w/Louisiana State PoPo for 28 years Troop E. I recall him saying when he was on scooter duty, after chasing down a speeder, he would tell the driver...give me a few minutes, so he could shake the shakes from riding that bike. Pic taken in 1959.

I have a few. but the one that really tugs at my heart is a brown glass turtle candy dish that my grandmother had in her den.

That’s pretty damn cool there Jim.

Cool pics but the 5 generation pic is my favorite. 5 generation pics are pretty rare, the oldest of the living 5 generations are blessed because they’re what you really call an old. He still looked good in that pic. If you don’t mind me asking, how long did he live? I had a great great grandmother that lived to be 107. She was still walking until she fell and broke her hip at 107, she wound up dying 2/weeks after she broke her hip. Her mind was still sharp and she loved dipping W.E. Garrett sweet snuff or Rooster snuff.

Seems like Brett Favre got in a lot of trouble for sending pics of his prized possession. I better pass on showing mine.
