can’t help it. I’m a judgmental SOB. Me too. When you work for me, you represent me and the company. I expect people to present themselves in a way that I see as professional. If that makes some people buthurt, I don't really care. Once I clock out, I represent only myself. Anyone who thinks they can dictate what I do off the clock can KMA.

I don't like legalize drugs period. I think it is VERY BAD for our country. The question at hand, I guess if he can and will work, that says something. They got out of the drug industry to come talk to you. I think what it would say to me that person really isn't very smart but you don't need a brain surgeon to swept the floor. I don't think people who want to be high all the time are very reliable, but everyone who smokes isn't walking around looking for a bag of chips. Were you smoking when you wrote this post?

I once got ask in an interview if the only way I could feed my child was if I had to steel would I. I had a six month old baby who was my first child. I replied, if it's the only way to feed my baby, then yes. very ignorant question in my opinion. he told me I didn't get the job was because of my answer to that ignorant question.

It is not legal to lie on an application. If that was his title, he is required to disclose that. If he can still get government clearance, why wouldn't you hire he/him/his

McDonald's has done more damage to our society than marijuana. With all the fat *** fast food eaters wobbling around. Would an ex McDonald's employee be considered? Takes about the same amount of skill to press a fry timer as it does to trim a bud. Both are legitimate businesses.

As long as he isn't the blue haired, pierced tongue rings (6 that I could see), guy that I interviewed to be the Senior VP's administrative assistant a few years back.......
May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

I got asked a similar question to which I responded....I'm here interviewing for your job so that I never need to learn what I would do in a time like this. They paused and stopped the interview. A few days go by and the HR team lead called and said I did extremely well and blew their minds with that answer. It was the first time anyone answered like that. Even with all of that, I got beat out by a dude with a degree and a friend in the upper ranks.

Somebody, maybe tony Robbins said the quality of your life is determined by the books you read and the people you meet. Probably an example of that.

When I was a Manager for Tom Thumb in the late '80s I was interviewing a guy that looked to be a great fit for a spot. When I mentioned he would have to be drug tested he got nervous and hesitated. I told him to be straight up with me and he said he smoked pot sometimes. I told him to go do the test anyway, we were really looking for harder drug usage results. I was able to hire him and he turned out to be a good worker

A good interviewer spends 90 percent of their time saying nothing and let's candidates talk and ramble on. When given an opportunity to speak people will tell you all kinds of disqualifying stuff. Lol Convictions, baby momma daddy trouble, jobs they didnt put on resume and fd up totally. It can be some good laughs

I would pass. There are some things you need to leave off a job application or resume.if you aren’t smart enough to figure those out then there is likely a lot you won’t figure out. If the company is growing legal marijuana then just put the company name and title of technician. I left a company in 1987 because they forged my review. The company that hired me in late 1987 was intrigued by me being up front and honest. We discussed it, they asked for my side of the story. I did not know they had contacted the previous company to get details and their side. My side of the story matched and they hired me on the spot. I still work the company and doing very well for myself. Zeke, If they can pass a drug test and you like them and they may be able to do the job. Give them a chance.

Look at all the commercials for " new " drugs --- the vast majority are targeting immune system problems that have been generated by bad foods ( chemicals , GMO's , HFC etc..) and way too much of those foods . We are an incredibly fat country , addicted to bad foods and BIG Pharma loves it .
