Best place ever! The all-you-can-eat seafood alone was worth the price I had my wedding reception dinner there. Southern Kitchen was definitely legit. Excellent food at a decent price.

The fair and then Casa Bonita for dinner afterwards.....that's all I lived for as a kid. My first sign of being a fatty was because of this place. I could eat my weight in sopapillas and I knew exactly how to raise that flag to get'em.

Did any Okies ever eat at Slick's BBQ in Muskogee? Absolute hole in the wall and dump. Only eating area was picnic tables outside and you were served on wax paper and that's it. Some of the best BBQ I have ever ate until 407 came along. WTG, Bryan!

Crystals Pizza in Ft. Worth, The ice cream sundae bar had every toping you could imagine. La Hacienda on Montgomery in Ft. Worth, the pickled veggies were awesome as well as the Puffy Taco, tortilla puffed up (was larger than a softball) filled with your choice of meat & all the taco trimmings. One snack food I wish would come back? Chipos, kind of like Pringles but better.
Reality. What a concept!

On Tuesdayโs it was nickel beer night and I could get hammered on $1.00.
