Now that you mention it, the guy did look like a loan shark and the dog had a split personality like Oscar. But it could not have been Mudshark because he moved out of Hideaway about four months ago. I know this because the paint sprayer that he was going to borrow to paint his kitchen cabinets is still sitting on my front porch. I know that no man in his right mind is going to have his wife paint them by hand.
