Dang guys, this is a tough thread.
I was going to say my grandfather, I didn’t realize what I had while he was here.
After reading some of your responses I would have to agree with others and give my time to some of you guys as well.
Blessing to each of you and sorry for your loss. Yeah, I'm in this camp. I've been very blessed in life to be able to speak and spend a lot of time with my grandparents and my parents. My grandpas have both passed on, but my grandmas are still here. One isn't all together mentally but has a moment or two. My parents are still alive and I thank every time we talk for being open and allowing us to have such great dialog. For those of you who lost a parent / loved one early...I'll allow you to use as much of my time as needed.

I would spend every minute and every second talking to my Grand father (Original Mr. Crappie). He did the hour fishing show on KSST radio in Sulphur Springs. I have never missed another human being as much as this man. No person in my life has had more influence then him. We will cross paths again and the first thing we will do is go fishing.

My first wife. She died when my youngest was 6 weeks old. I'd love to tell her how awesome our kids are.

To talk to anyone who has passed, who would it be?
For me it would be my great grandma Jessie Boles. Born in 1893 she came to Oklahoma in a wagon. She was the most loving moral person I've ever known. I was fortunate to spend many weekends with her in my youth. RIP nanny! If we're limiting this to family, then it would be my "grandma" Alvena Potts. She and her husband Eugene were our next-door neighbors at the house where I was born, and she even though she wasn't related to me by blood or law, she was closer as a grandma than my biological grandmothers were. One of her favorite sayings was "Be good - and if you can't be good, be CAREFUL!" If it's anyone at all who's passed, then Benjamin Franklin. I'd love to say Robert Heinlein, but knowing what I know about him, he would've wasted my entire 15 minutes telling me that he was too busy to talk to a stranger.

Never knew my paternal grandfather as he passed when I was 6 months. Immigrated from Balzer Russia in 1875 along with two brothers (one went back). It must have been quite a journey across Europe, then Ellis island finally reaching a sponser in Lincoln, Neb

I'd ask my Dad if he was proud of how I've turned out and the man I became....I think he would be.

Prolly an odd answer but my stepdad’s great grand mother
In the early 70’s when I was a wee lad she would tell stories about the later half of the 1800’s
If I had a clue what I was hearing.
Her and his other great grandmother were in town (Cheyenne, Wy ) the day they hanged Tom Horn
She told me about hiding when Indians came to their farm east of Cheyenne so wild.

I would love another conversation with my Dad, Mother or Brother. The most interesting would be with my Grandmother who was born in 1881 and had a brother or first cousin that was in the top ten most wanted list by the FBI or Texas rangers. She also had an uncle or great uncle killed by Indians.

My dad. We always shook hands. Never hugged. Never said "I love you." I did on the day before he died. He told me the same. I do miss him. Sometimes when I'm making something out of wood, I still think he's there. Critiquing. lol. But he was a craftsman. I'd pick his brain.

Probably my grandfather. Born in 1888 and moved to Oklahoma 1906 I think? Was drafted at nearly 30 years old to fight in WW I and fought on the front lines in Germany and France. Used to tell the stories of it when I was young and wished I would have paid more attention to him. He was a good man.

I would say my dad, but we would be in a fist fight five minutes in... maybe two, so I would have to say a grandchild that I haven't gotten to met yet. I'm looking forward to that one.
