My son made this last night, he is one hell of a cook. He cooked it all, and all from scratch. He made enchiladas for just me and him, wife and daughter had tacos... My dish... Chuck roast he cooked all day in crock pot, BBQ Mexican spice/sauce...shredded... Mexican rice, delish... Mexican beans, delish... Hard pass Not sure why the pass.......I WOOD most definitely hit that! Because he is trolling...Obviously clueless to my post. which is my son cooking an incredible dish, but jun is rick.

People were our in full force at the Mexican resturants in Pearland and Friendswood yesterday. Cops even had a few that started early on the ground. Traffic was really bad people trying to get off work so they could get hammered.
I'm sure someone stabbed their borther in law before the night was over.
Thanks, Billy

I'm sure someone stabbed their borther in law before the night was over. I lived in South Texas for many years before I moved to Houston area. Corpus Christi tried to hide Cinco de drinko day with something called Bay Fest which ran the first week in May as I recall. This week pretty much turned out to be a good excuse for some of the local population to get hammered, pull out their knives and stab others hangin out on the Bay Front to party in the back and run off. Lots of poeple got stabbed over the years. Watching the news that week was quite interesting.
Thanks, Billy

I'm sure someone stabbed their borther in law before the night was over. Listening to two guys talk last week about a latino woman that was severely PO'd at one of the guys she had a thing with, "she may not kill you in your sleep but she'll stab you until you wake up".
