I cook my fish outside with an induction hot plate and 12 inch skillet. Sweet rig. I pan fry.

Presto has a bigger fryer but it won’t maintain the heat when you add 6 or 7 crappie filets. That’s how you end up with soggy fried fish. I have a couple of these, we fry fish or shrimp a couple of times a week.
